The headquarters of the companies are located at the “Tirana Tower” building on 59 Kavaja Street, in the city centre of Tirana. The building was built by MT Construction during the period 1997-1999. The offices of the companies are found on the 2nd floor and cover a surface of 372m2. The offices posses all the necessary equipment: water deposit and generators with NO-BREAK system for the uninterrupted provision of water and electricity.

The companies are planning the potential relocation of their headquarters to another privately owned location, with increased office space and abundant parking for personnel and visitors, upon the conclusion of the 2nd phase of MTC’s self funded project on their land in the area of the artificial lake of SAUK-Tirana.

Additionally, the companies use auxiliary premises in the Kombinat area as warehouse for materials and equipment.  Temporary offices are always located next to the construction sites.  Their space differs according to the size of the project and the number of labourers working on the specific project.
