The companies “M.T. Construction” & “Μ.Τ. Fidias” sh.p.k. were established in the Republic of Albania with the serial numbers 17721/02.10.1997 and 25852/5/01.07.03, as decided by The Tirana District Court.  They are both registered in the Public Finance Agency under the Albanian Taxation Codes 3707100/ΝΙΡΤ J81417009E and 3709848/NIPT K122260030, respectively. In accordance with the ministerial regulations, both companies have been registered in the highest category as “companies of highest income and dynamic range” and, consequently, have been granted the right to undertake both public and private projects, without any limitations regarding type and size.

The growth and continued success of MTC and MTF has resulted from a combination of superior performance (i.e. adherence to timeframes, application of high construction standards, and the use of materials of European production standards and performance) as well as of the integrity and dignity of their founder and President, Mr. Matthaios Triantafyllos. Mr. Triantafyllos is very well acquainted with hard work, and is very experienced in the field of industrial construction and contracting.  Mr. Triantafyllos, already a distinguished member of the construction network from his previous endeavours’ as a member of very powerful construction companies, on and off Greek soil, personally organised both companies and is involved in all levels of decision making.  He has initiated partnerships with many other powerful companies who share his ethical and moral standards and work ethic.

The first partnership in Albania was with one of the largest and successful companies, “Gener” sh.a., around the end of 1996 and was followed with other notable partnerships with well-known companies such as “Diekat”, “Vodafone”, “Conap”, “Ferlut”, “AMC”, “Euroapartament”, etc., many of which (partnerships) are still in existence today.
