MT Construction sh.p.k - "General Contractors"

From July 2004, MT Construction sh.p.k., applies the Quality Control System ISO 9001:2000 and from September 2005 has been qualified and certified from the certifying organisation British Lloyd’s.

MT Construction sh.p.k., operates in the construction industry and focuses on the building of infrastructure, energy facilities and construction projects.

“Quality” to MT Construction means: “respect towards the client and fulfilment of his needs in the best way possible”.

With this statement as a primary rule, MT Construction’s commitment, along with its each and every employee’s philosophy, is to offer its clients services that fully address their conventional requirements. MT Construction’s further commits that these services are in full accordance with relevant legal and other standards and to completely fulfil the quality objectives that the company has set forth for every project it undertakes.

In order to achieve its goals and objectives, the Board of Directors of MT Construction sh.p.k. has initiated the following policies:

The company has adopted the Quality Management System according to the International Standards ISO 9001:2000 (Q.M.S.) which are applied in the company and on all the activities that affect the quality of its work/services and the customers’ satisfaction.
The company constantly evaluates and improves its works/services, wherever applicable, as well as the effectiveness of the whole Q.M.S. programme.
The company places measurable goals concerning quality at all levels, including functional level of Departments and/or Activities along with work and/or services that are related to it. These goals are established and evaluated according to their degree of success against the targets of the Evaluation of Q.M.S. from the Board of Directors.
It possesses the essential resources for the clear, efficient and effective operation of each department of the company, and uses modern equipment (owned assets of the company or rented) according to the requirements of the job, and these resources are utilized to maximize earnings for the company.
It gives special attention to systematically programming and planning the company’s actions in order to make possible on time performance and quality execution of work.
The company will facilitate direct and constant communication with the client, measure his satisfaction, and ensure the on-time and effective response to a client’s request. It is an ongoing policy of the company to ensure the “non-existence” of complaints during potential modifications, in accordance to the specific client’s request.
