Construction Areas

The areas of interest of the companies relate mostly to the continuous development of civil and industrial projects that include sub areas requiring specialised skills and qualifications, such as:

• Urban projects and industrial premises.
• Infrastructure for energy producing projects. 
• Infrastructures for telecommunication projects.
• Projects of residential development and environmental protection.
• Construction of public and private buildings and complexes.
• Reconstruction - modifications of buildings.
• Specialised Construction (churches, hospitals, hydrotherapy centres, etc.).

MT Construction sh.p.k. initiates self financed projects with the objective of developing and upgrading of the buildings in an existing residential situation.

Until now, the company has executed large projects that required advanced and specialised technology like the networks and the supporting services of the mobile communication companies VODAFONE and AMC.

As a result of the rapid maturity and growth attained between 1996 and 2003, MTC and MTF became two of the most famous companies in the contracting industry.  They are two of the first Greek General Contracting companies to commonly apply advanced technological methods and European standards of quality control.

The successful realisation of existing construction projects, as well as the excellent building opportunities that exist in the region, give MT Construction and MT Fidias a great advantage over its competitors, thus allowing their remarkable growth in the contracting industry. This is also a positive sign that, even though the companies were founded during a key period of development in Albania, they have not yet exhausted their potential opportunities in the region.  Presently, they are well positioning themselves in the international markets, and their participation in major projects is widely requested.
